Course outline: Session 1: Routine procedures Covers daily, monthly and annual activities to maintain the system and data file
Session 2: Annual activities and customisation Covers maintaining Caliach and the use of all the user custom features, including reports, files and library programs
Lunch
Session 3: System settings and Format Mover Covers changing settings and custom formats and updating Caliach
Session 4: Updating, Backing up and managing the data file, followed by the plenary. Covers overall management ot the system and users' specific issues
